Inspiring the Next Generation:
Sempro’s Young Talents Initiative Succeeds Again in 2025
The future of technology relies on a robust and enthusiastic talent pipeline. In a strong commitment to cultivating this pipeline, Sempro—in partnership with Mondial College and CITC – NXP—successfully completed another year of its “Young Talents” program in 2025.
The core of this initiative was a hands-on chip exhibit, designed to demystify semiconductor technology and highlight its critical role in the global economy and daily life. The project aims to foster early awareness and interest among students, helping them understand “what it’s all about” and why the semiconductor industry is so vital to defining our future.
As the industry leaders of today, we believe our primary role is to provide young people with the tools and inspiration necessary for them to become the innovators of tomorrow.
