Sales Engineer

For our office in the Netherlands, we have an exciting opportunity available for a Sales Engineer with a professional, proactive approach, who ensures the customers receive what is expected.

Sempro equipment and solutions play an important role in the roadmap towards cost leadership at our customer assembly sites around the world. The Sempro Product Support, Service and Engineering teams are in Netherlands and Malaysia.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify key decision makers within customer engineering, executive team, purchasing and establishes relationships in favor of the company
  • Identify, qualify, and close all design-in opportunities
  • Creating negotiation strategies for deals partnering with the business lines to ensure business objectives are met
  • Providing and maintaining up to date accurate forecasts that provide visibility of the progression of opportunities on the customer, so decisions and commitments can be made and met

REQUIREMENTS

  • BSc Degree with technology, semiconductors and/or electronics
  • Ability to effectively balance strong technical skills with solid relationship-building capabilities
  • Demonstrated strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people across various functions
  • Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong, influential relationships
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
  • Strong written, verbal communication skills
  • Flexibility to travel frequently overseas
  • Fluency in English
